Reiki and Rahanni are healing modalities where light is channelled and used for hands-on and distance healing. So what is the difference between the two? Simply put, it’s in the vibration.
Energy is constantly moving, flowing, and changing. As a manifestation of this energy, earth has progressed from the third dimension to the fourth dimension and is progressing towards the fifth. With each progression to another dimension, earth’s vibration is raised and the energy of that vibration becomes lighter. Our physical bodies and our aura’s are affected by this vibrational shift, becoming stronger and lighter than before, so that we are now able to hold more light than previously.
Reiki, which was first channelled by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922, was compatible with earth’s three-dimensional vibration at that time, and with ourselves. Earth’s energy was heavier and more dense than now. We would not have been able to use a healing modality with a higher vibration than Reiki.
Earth completed its progression from the third dimension to the fourth on the Winter Solstice of 2012, and is now firmly anchored there. Corresponding to this progression, the energy is now lighter than it was when Reiki was first brought through, and we can now hold more light. Rahanni was first brought in by Carol Ann Stacey in August 2002 as earth was making the progression to the fourth dimension. It is a higher-vibrational fifth dimensional healing modality that can connect to the fourth dimension. Rahanni facilitates a change in consciousness in humanity, helping to release negativity and fear based ways of thinking to be more in tune with kindness, love and compassion.
None of this progression happens with sharp, definitive lines of demarcation. The third dimension is still being phased out and will continue to be for many years as people release old ways and raise their vibrations at their own pace. Reiki continues to be effective for healing as this transition continues. Rahanni works on a different level than Reiki. Where Reiki is gentler, Rahanni works at heart level, is more profound, and has a higher vibration, which cuts down the healing time. Neither healing modality is “better” than the other. Depending on where they are in their own journey, some people resonate more with Reiki, others with Rahanni, and some with both.
